In Person Training Training includes 1-on-1 Personal training, 2-on-1 Personal Training, and Small Group Training.
Hands-On Instruction: In-person training allows for direct, hands-on interaction, giving participants the opportunity to practice and refine their skills in real-time.
Immediate Feedback: With an instructor present, participants receive immediate, actionable feedback to correct mistakes and refine their technique on the spot.
Motivation and Accountability: Physical presence increases engagement and commitment, making it harder to skip sessions or lose focus.
Increased Engagement: Face-to-face interaction fosters a more engaging and dynamic learning experience, which helps individuals retain and apply what they’ve learned more effectively.
Our "Chief Fit Club" classes are dynamic 50 minute HIIT sessions that are designed to challenge you in the best way possible. Classes are hosted on Saturday mornings at 8:30AM at Baker Unified Fitness.

Specialized classes and training focused on building strength, balance, and mobility for older adults, promoting independence and vitality. 1-on-1 training is available as well.
