CONSULTATION

Once a training application is submitted, someone from our team will reach out to you to schedule a phone call to talk through some details about your application. We want to get to know you. We want to know about your fitness journey up until now, what's worked/what hasn't, learn more about your short and long term fitness goals, and from there we can assess if we think we are the best fit to help you accomplish what you're looking to accomplish. We understand that personal training is an investment in your health and future so we don't mind referring you to another trainer/gym that we trust if they are better suited to help you. PERSONAL TRAINING

There's tons of information and workouts out there that you can do to stay active and break a sweat- which is great. We LOVE to see people living an active and healthy lifestyle. However, generic information and random workouts don't produce the same results for everyone. What works for someone else, may not be the most optimal for you. Personal Training is a completely customized training program that's curated for you in the current season of life that you're in, matches the goals that you have, and includes the equipment that you have access to. Our goal with personal training is to meet you where you are and help you go further than you would by yourself.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Not to be confused with a class, Small Group Training is just like personal training except you're sharing the time with 2-3 other people. Each person in the group will have their own tailored program that they will be following. Our goal is to create an environment that is conducive to helping you achieve your fitness goals while building accountability and consistency. Small Group Training is only available during select times. Please contact us for more details. 

Pricing
  1. 1-on-1 Personal Training- $85/session
  2. 2-on-1 Personal Training- $110/session ($55/per person)
  3. Small Group Training- $45/session
  4. Online Personal Training- $250/month
